The Best Clean Eating Taco Salad
Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground turkey, non-compulsory beef
- 1 cup grated reduced fat cheddar,
- 6 cups shredded or thinly sliced lettuce
- 2 half to three tablespoons taco seasoning, homemade or store sold
- 2 cups chopped fresh tomatoes
- 1 cup guacamole, homemade or store bought
- half cup salsa or enchilada sauce, selfmade or shop offered
Instructions
- Cook meat in a skillet over medium warmth till browned, for about eight mins, stirring frequently.
- Drain any fat and add taco seasoning, and 1/3 cup water. Cook for an additional three to 5 minutes, stirring regularly.
- Arrange 4 plates and pinnacle with an excellent amount of tomatoes, lettuce, cheese, guacamole, and salsa. If preferred, upload a dollop of Greek yogurt or sour cream.
