Cheese Crackers ( Low Carb )

Ingredients


  • 1 cup Almond Flour
  • 2 oz.Cream Cheese
  • 2 Cups Cheese of your preference (I used a Parmesan-Romano blend along with a few swiss and cheddar)
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 egg
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon Rosemary (or a seasoning of your preference which include basil, chives, garlic, dill weed, spicy chili and so forth...)

Instructions


  1. Mix all the cheeses (including the cream cheese) at the side of the almond flour in a microwave secure bowl and cook it for exactly one minute.
