CRISPY PARMESAN GARLIC CHICKEN WITH ZUCCHINI RECIPE

INGREDIENTS


  • ½ cup Italian Bread Crumbs
  • ½ cup plus 1 Tablespoon grated parmesan, divided
  • 2 Chicken Breasts, sliced in 1/2, or 4 thin bird breasts
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • eight Tablespoons butter, divided
  • ¼ cup flour
  • 2 medium zucchini, sliced

INSTRUCTIONS


  1. In a large skillet over medium heat melt 2 Tablespoons butter. To make the bird: Melt last four tablespoons of butter in a shallow dish. In some other shallow dish integrate bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, and flour. Dip the chicken within the butter and then coat within the bread crumb combination and place in skillet.
  2. Cook on every aspect for about three-4 mins till the outdoor is crispy and the chicken is cooked in the course of. Set apart on plate.
  3. Add 2 Tablespoons of butter lower back to the skillet and saute the minced garlic for a minute. Add the zucchini to the skillet and saute until smooth. Salt and pepper to taste and add a few 1 Tablespoon parmesan. Add the chook back to the skillet and heat for a minute or so. Serve immediately.
