The Best Cauliflower Hash Browns
Ingredients
- 1 head big cauliflower
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- ½ cup parmesan cheese (fifty five g)
- ⅓ cup sparkling chives, thinly sliced (15 g)
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- three cloves garlic, minced
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt, divided
- dipping sauce, of your choice
Preparation
- Preheat oven to four hundred°F (two hundred°C).
- Using a rough grater, grate the cauliflower until the complete head has crumbled down into small bit.
- Transfer the cauliflower bits to a bowl and sprinkle over a ½ teaspoon of the salt. Mix the cauliflower to comprise the salt and allow take a seat for 20 mins to attract out moisture.
