Grilled Salmon Kebobs ( Low Carb )
Ingredients
- Salmon
- 2 tablespoons fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons minced fresh rosemary
- 1 pound thick wild salmon, with out pores and skin, cut into approximately 12 cubes
- Marinade
- 2 tablespoons more virgin olive oil
- half of teaspoon kosher or sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- four skewers, if the use of bamboo or wooden soak in heat water for 20 to 30 minutes
Instructions
- Whisk together all substances for marinade.
- Add salmon and allow marinate for about 20 minutes at room temperature.
- Thread portions of salmon on skewers.
- Coat grates of a grill or a grill pan or skillet with a light layer of cooking spray.
- Set to high.
- Once hot, upload skewers to grill or pan and cook dinner for three mins or so on each side for 6 to eight minutes, till the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork, basting with any leftover marinade whilst cooking.
