Broccoli Tots ( Low Carb )
INGREDIENTS
- 2 large garlic cloves, finely diced
- 12 ounces broccoli, reduce into small florets
- ¼ cup scallions, thinly sliced
- ⅔ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 egg, overwhelmed
- ⅔ cup bread crumbs
- Salt & pepper
- Optional: 2 tsp Sriracha (non-compulsory however advocated!)
PREPARATION
- Preheat oven to four hundred levels.
- Fill a medium saucepan with water and produce to a boil. Aggressively season with salt. Blanch the broccoli in boiling water for about mins. Drain and finely chop the cooked broccoli. In a blending bowl, upload broccoli, scallions, garlic, cheddar, egg, and bread crumbs. Optional: Add hot sauce of choice. Mix nicely and kick back within the fridge for 15–20 mins.
- Spray a nonstick baking sheet with nonstick spray. Shape the combination into tot shapes and unfold them frivolously on the sheet.
- Bake for eight–nine minutes. Flip after which bake for an additional eight–9 minutes on the alternative facet until golden brown.
