Broccoli Tots ( Low Carb )

INGREDIENTS


  • 2 large garlic cloves, finely diced
  • 12 ounces broccoli, reduce into small florets
  • ¼ cup scallions, thinly sliced
  • ⅔ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 egg, overwhelmed
  • ⅔ cup bread crumbs
  • Salt & pepper
  • Optional: 2 tsp Sriracha (non-compulsory however advocated!)

PREPARATION


  1. Preheat oven to four hundred levels.
  2. Fill a medium saucepan with water and produce to a boil. Aggressively season with salt. Blanch the broccoli in boiling water for about  mins. Drain and finely chop the cooked broccoli. In a blending bowl, upload broccoli, scallions, garlic, cheddar, egg, and bread crumbs. Optional: Add hot sauce of choice. Mix nicely and kick back within the fridge for 15–20 mins.
  3. Spray a nonstick baking sheet with nonstick spray. Shape the combination into tot shapes and unfold them frivolously on the sheet.
  4. Bake for eight–nine minutes. Flip after which bake for an additional eight–9 minutes on the alternative facet until golden brown.
