OVEN FRIED GARLIC PARMESAN GREEN BEANS ( Low Carb, Sugar Free )
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons more virgin olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 egg crushed
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 12 ounces fresh green beans
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 stages.
- In a massive bowl whisk the oil, garlic, egg and salt together.
- Toss in the green beans and coat well.
- Sprinkle in Parmesan on the green beans and toss lightly.
- Place frivolously on a greased baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or till golden.
- To crisp, warmness for a minute or below broiler.
