OVEN FRIED GARLIC PARMESAN GREEN BEANS ( Low Carb, Sugar Free )

Ingredients


  • 2 tablespoons more virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 egg crushed
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 12 ounces fresh green beans

Instructions


  1. Preheat oven to 425 stages.
  2. In a massive bowl whisk the oil, garlic, egg and salt together.
  3. Toss in the green beans and coat well.
  4. Sprinkle in Parmesan on the green beans and toss lightly.
  5. Place frivolously on a greased baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or till golden.
  7. To crisp, warmness for a minute or  below broiler.
