Keto Chicken Tenders ( Low Carb,Gluten Free )
Ingredients
- eight ounces chook breast tenderloins about 6 portions
- 1 huge egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/four cup Heavy Whipping
Instructions
- For the coating- whisk egg and cream in a big bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Add chicken and permit take a seat for about 10 minutes.
- Add almond flour to a shallow dish or pan, season with salt & pepper.
- Coat both facets of fowl with flour.
- Fry in small batches until golden brown and inner temperature reaches 160ยบ.
