Keto Chicken Tenders ( Low Carb,Gluten Free )

Ingredients


  • eight ounces chook breast tenderloins about 6 portions
  • 1 huge egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/four cup Heavy Whipping

Instructions


  • For the coating- whisk egg and cream in a big bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Add chicken and permit take a seat for about 10 minutes.
  • Add almond flour to a shallow dish or pan, season with salt & pepper.
  • Coat both facets of fowl with flour.
  • Fry in small batches until golden brown and inner temperature reaches 160ยบ.
  • Dip to your preferred keto pleasant sauce.
